Finished the Level 1 crossfit seminar in Edmonton, Alberta yesterday. It was incredible and well worth it. Unfortunately here in BC it is not enough to just have your crossfit cert., you also need your "canfit"... kinda took the wind out of my sails, now I need to get a bunch MORE stuff before I can train. Grrr.

Hard to get back to real life today though, sore, tired, and am ready to get rid of our dog.
Wod today was suppossed to be: AMRAP 20mins of 15 back extensions, 15 k to e's, and 15 overhead squats. The YMCA is not finished with their reno of the weight room unfortunately and I had no access to anything I could do k to e's on OR back extensions. Pouted, and then did
Tabatas.

squats - 12

Not the best, but it was a long weekend.

Decided to play around with our barbell while I was downstairs doing laundry (aka: getting 5 mins away from the kids/dog) and ended up deadlifting 215lbs, my current pr. Going for 220lbs next time.
Rest day tomorrow thank god!!
